Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Executive located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Associate Executive will collaborate closely with teams across the organization to perform day-to-day operational tasks, assist in project coordination, analyze workflows, and ensure smooth communication between various departments. Responsibilities also include preparing reports, providing support in process management, and identifying areas for operational improvement to drive efficiency and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify process inefficiencies
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with project coordination, report development, and workflow documentation
• Technical understanding of Platform Engineering (RTOS, Linux, or BIOS) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Digital Engineering, Machine Learning, or Signal Processing concepts is desirable
• Proficiency with common software tools and platforms, such as MS Office and project management tools
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, on-site environment and adapt to dynamic project requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field is required
• Prior internship or work experience in technology or operations will be an added advantage
