Role Description

• Assist in building and maintaining backend services and server-side logic
• Develop and integrate REST APIs
• Work with databases to design, query, and manage data efficiently
• Debug backend issues, optimize performance, and ensure reliability
• Collaborate with frontend developers and senior engineers for seamless integration
• Write clean, structured, and well-documented code

Who should apply

• Freshers or recent graduates in CS/IT or related fields
• Strong understanding of backend fundamentals
• Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills
• Hands-on experience with projects (academic/personal is enough)
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

(Strong understanding of at least one is required)

• Programming Languages: Java / Python / JavaScript / C / C++
• Backend Basics: Node.js / Express / Django / Spring Boot (or similar)
• Database Knowledge: SQL / MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB (basics)
• API Development: REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, API testing
• Version Control: Git / GitHub basics

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Experience with Front-End Development and Programming
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize backend processes
• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take ownership of projects
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
