Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-friendly Billing Executive to manage billing operations at our sports retail store. The ideal candidate should have experience handling POS systems, cash transactions, and delivering a smooth checkout experience to customers purchasing sports and fitness products.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle billing and checkout processes using POS systems
- Accurately scan products and generate invoices
- Manage cash, UPI, card, and other payment methods
- Ensure correct pricing, discounts, and offers are applied
- Provide excellent customer service during checkout
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds as per store policy
- Maintain daily cash balance and billing reports
- Coordinate with sales team for smooth store operations
- Ensure billing counter is clean and organized
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS software
- Good numerical and cash-handling skills
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 0–3 years of experience in retail billing / cashier role
- Experience in sports retail or lifestyle stores is a plus
- Passion or interest in sports/fitness is preferred
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any degree
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
