Role Overview

We are looking for a Biotechnologist / Pharma Technologist who can drive research and product development projects end-to-end.

You will work directly with the founder’s office and coordinate between research labs, manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory consultants to ensure projects move fast and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys science + execution + startup speed.

Key Responsibilities1. R&D Project Management

Coordinate research and product development projects

Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables

Ensure experiments and development tasks move forward on schedule

Maintain documentation of research progress

2. Vendor & Lab Management

Identify and evaluate biotech labs, CROs, and manufacturers

Coordinate with vendors for prototyping, testing, and development

Manage vendor timelines, costing, and deliverables

Compare multiple vendor proposals and recommend the best option

3. Product Development

Support development of biotech / medical device / therapeutic products

Coordinate lab testing, formulation development, and prototyping

Help translate scientific ideas into actual manufacturable products

4. Scientific Research

Conduct literature reviews and scientific analysis

Identify new technologies, materials, and research opportunities

Prepare research summaries and technical reports

5. Regulatory & Documentation Support

Maintain technical documentation

Support preparation for regulatory submissions and clinical studies

Ensure proper data tracking and record keeping

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with founders, clinicians, researchers, and vendors

Communicate scientific progress in a clear and structured way

Ensure alignment between science, product, and business goals

B.Tech / M.Tech / MSc / PhD in:

Biotechnology

Pharmaceutical Sciences

Biomedical Engineering

Life Sciences

Experience

1–4 years experience in:

Biotech / Pharma companies

Research labs

CROs
