Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement areas
Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers
Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies
Support testing activities including UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Create process flows, wireframes, and documentation
Ensure timely delivery of projects as per business expectations
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to create BRD, FRD, and use case documents
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
MBA or relevant certification is a plus
Experience in IT projects or software development environment
