This role combines business development, sales, client relationship management, and warehouse operations. Role Overview

The candidate will be responsible for growing the business by acquiring new clients, managing existing customer relationships, increasing warehouse occupancy, and overseeing warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Identify and approach potential clients requiring storage, warehousing, or logistics solutions
• Generate leads through calling, networking, field visits, and partnerships
• Develop relationships with businesses, retailers, e-commerce sellers, distributors, and corporate clients
• Conduct client meetings and warehouse presentations
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns

Warehouse Management

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff
• Ensure smooth inventory movement, storage, dispatch, and documentation
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Monitor stock records and ensure operational accuracy
• Coordinate loading/unloading schedules and logistics requirements
• Handle customer queries and operational issues promptly
• Ensure optimal space utilization and warehouse occupancy

Operations & Reporting

• Prepare regular sales and operational reports
• Track occupancy levels, revenue targets, and client renewals
• Improve operational efficiency and customer experience
• Coordinate with finance and admin teams for billing and collections

Preferred Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, warehousing, logistics, storage, or supply chain operations
• Experience in self-storage, logistics, transport, warehouse leasing, or related industries will be preferred

Education

• Graduate in any discipline (Business, Logistics, Operations, or Supply Chain preferred)

Compensation

• Fixed salary + performance incentives based on business generated and warehouse occupancy
