Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Head – Influencer Marketing, based in Navi Mumbai. The responsibilities of this role include leading and overseeing all influencer marketing activities, developing strategies to enhance brand visibility and ROI, and managing end-to-end campaign execution. The Business Head will also build and nurture relationships with influencers, negotiate partnerships, and monitor performance metrics to ensure campaign success. Additionally, this role involves closely collaborating with internal teams to align influencer strategies with broader marketing goals, improving overall brand presence.

• Proven expertise in Influencer Marketing, Brand Management, and Campaign Strategy
• Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze data, track campaign ROI, and optimize performance accordingly
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Previous experience in managing marketing campaigns at a senior level
• Proactive, result-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced, creative environment
