We are looking for a driven Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team and lead impactful campaigns that drive engagement, bookings, and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative and Product to conceptualize and launch campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Develop data-driven strategies, track campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Manage campaign effectively and ensure timely execution within allocated resources.
• Coordinate with external agencies, banks, vendors, and media partners when needed to amplify campaign reach.
• Conduct A/B testing and other performance experiments to optimize creative, messaging, and targeting.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging marketing technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–7 years of experience in campaign management and digital marketing preferably in B2C platforms or consumer apps.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email, SEM, display advertising, and influencer marketing.
• Experience with campaign analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to marketing campaigns in app-based or consumer-facing platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
• Candidates with experience in copywriting will be preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in English communication (written and verbal).
