Pinky Promise has also established its first clinic in the prime location of Andheri West, Mumbai.

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Care Coordinator to join our customer service team.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Handling Pinky Promise WhatsApp business and Exotel call account for communicating with the users on day to day basis
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Hindi via chat, calls and emails
• Identifying users needs and helping them use specific features on the Pinky Promise app if required
• Understand user concerns with empathy and provide quick, accurate solutions.
• Responding to users queries in a timely and accurate way
• Making notes and details of every user to keep it as a record
• Following up with users to ensure their problems are resolved
• Following up with users to encourage and motivate them to try Pinky Promise’s other services
• Able to multitask as and when needed.
• Collaborate with the team and step in when needed

Qualifications and Skillsets

• Graduates/Post Graduates/Experienced can apply.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed, upset or anxious
• Comfortable using and in possession of computers/laptops with good, working internet connection

Must Have / Mandatory Requirements:

• Availability to work on the weekends
• Laptops/Computer with good internet connection
• Customer-facing and managing experience
• Adaptability and flexibility to work as a team / Team player

Work Type:

• Work from Home / Remote
• Saturdays & Sundays – working, 1 weekday off

Salary: INR 22000/- to INR 25000/-

Pay: ₹22,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
