🚀 We’re Hiring: Lead Recruiter – US Staffing

📍 Location: DSL Abacus IT Park, Uppal

🕒 Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead end-to-end US IT recruitment activities, ensuring successful fulfillment of client hiring requirements across various technologies and skill sets.

✅ Drive and implement innovative W2 sourcing strategies through job portals, social media platforms, networking channels, and employee referrals.

✅ Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality candidates within defined timelines while maintaining recruitment excellence.

✅ Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance coaching to recruiters, fostering a high-performing and results-driven team environment.

✅ Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, account managers, and candidates to support business objectives and enhance the recruitment experience.

✅ Monitor recruitment KPIs, prepare performance reports, and identify opportunities to improve sourcing effectiveness and operational efficiency.

✅ Stay informed about industry trends, market intelligence, talent availability, and evolving recruitment best practices within the US staffing landscape.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.

✔ Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, and managing recruitment teams.

✔ Strong expertise in W2 hiring and sourcing qualified candidates across diverse technologies.

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation capabilities.

✔ Proven ability to consistently achieve recruitment targets while effectively managing multiple requirements and priorities.
