Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Head at Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital, located in Kanpur. The Center Head will oversee daily hospital operations, ensure high-quality patient care, manage hospital staff, and ensure compliance with medical policies and procedures. The role also involves driving business growth, achieving operational targets, maintaining financial performance, and ensuring patient satisfaction at all times. The Center Head will be a key contributor to the hospital’s strategic planning and expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Operational management experience, including knowledge of hospital administration, process optimization, and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Business development and financial management skills, including marketing acumen and the ability to drive revenue growth
• Experience in healthcare or hospital management, with a focus on patient care and satisfaction
• Strong problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and excellent communication
• Adaptability to manage day-to-day operations in a dynamic healthcare environment
• Leadership experience in eye care or a healthcare-related field is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare management, hospital administration, or a related field.
