Job Description – Claims / Claims Adjudication Executive (Freshers)
Position: Claims Adjudication Executive
Experience: Freshers (0–1 Year)

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our Claims Adjudication team. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing insurance claims while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
- Verify claim details, supporting documents, and eligibility criteria.
- Identify missing or incorrect information and take appropriate action.
- Ensure claims are adjudicated as per company policies and procedures.
- Maintain quality standards and meet productivity targets.
- Update claim information in the system and maintain records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.
- Follow compliance, confidentiality, and data security guidelines.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BA, BCA, B.Tech, etc.).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer applications.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
Preferred Skills
- Good typing and data entry skills.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of healthcare/insurance claims is an added advantage.

CTC Range: ₹2.0 – ₹3.5 LPA (Depending on qualification and interview performance)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
