Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized one-on-one counselling and mentoring to students to help them make informed academic and career decisions.
- Guide students throughout the complete admission journey, including course and college selection.
- Recommend suitable colleges and courses based on individual student profiles and career goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with students and parents through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Support enrolment targets by ensuring smooth conversion from counselling to admission.
- Address student queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate information sharing and seamless admission processing.
- Track student progress and maintain updated records in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on admission processes, particularly NEET UG/PG guidelines, to provide accurate guidance.

- Job Title: Client Relationship Specialist.
- CTC: Up to 4–5 LPA fixed + incentives.
- Job Type: Full-time (onsite).
- Working Days: 6 days.
- Experience: 2–4 years.
- Notice Period: Immediate to 7 days.
