We’re looking for a Client Success Intern who can act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution, and high client satisfaction.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Act as the point of contact for clients post-onboarding (primarily US-based)
• Translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs
• Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams
• Track timelines and ensure on-time project delivery
• Manage day-to-day client communication and updates
• Support documentation (SOWs, requirement docs, progress reports)
• Monitor project progress and proactively flag delays or risks
• Ensure a smooth client experience across the entire project lifecycle
