Role Description
The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will design, implement, and manage compensation programs, evaluate job roles, and create equitable pay structures. The role involves conducting market analysis, assessing pay structures, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure competitive and compliant compensation strategies. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru South, with certain flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Compensation Planning, Compensation Management, and creating competitive Compensation Structures
- Experience in Job Evaluation processes and assessing organizational job roles
- Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights
- Proficiency with market data tools and knowledge of regulatory compliance related to employee compensation
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with HRIS systems and managing compensation analytics is an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
