BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Develop and oversee content for Zegna’s marketing and communication channels, with a specific focus on advertising, communication collateral, website, social, printed materials and digital platforms for key and commercial projects.

Ensure that creative visions are translated into high-quality assets, delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the brand’s DNA and strategy.

Support production (pre-, during, and post-shoot) and participate on set.

In This Role, You Will

• Actively participate in content production planning (internal cross-team meetings)
• Coordinate the communication of delivery information and project status to internal teams and departments in a timely manner, while developing and tracking timelines and production schedules
• Deliver final outputs from raw assets within the specified timelines for each project
• Support budget coordination and promptly update related documentation for each content production
• Create, organize, and maintain documentation, content strategy documents, creative decks, and final assets
• Execute briefs and follow the creative development

• At least 4 years of experience with experience in other luxury / premium brands or creative agencies, in position of coordination between creative, marketing and production.
• Problem-solving and proactive mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills (both internal and external)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Budget management skills
• Will of developing brand/content/marketing strategies
• Experience in shooting
• Fluent in English
