About OHiMARK

OHiMARK is a brand and growth partner based in Bangalore, working across brand design, marketing, and growth engineering since 2022. We’re a small team, which means whoever joins works directly with the people running the studio. We hire slowly, and the people who join tend to stay.

The Role

You’ll be running social for a few brands on our roster, which means planning calendars, writing captions, briefing designers, and watching what’s landing and what isn’t. The role sits between the brand thinking and the design output, so you’ll be closer to both than you usually are in this kind of seat.

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years running social, in-house or agency
• Understands ICP and content strategy
• Writes captions that sound human
• Reads the numbers and adjusts the plan
• Comfortable with clients and the team
• Uses AI as a tool, not a crutch

What you’ll do

You’ll plan content calendars across the platforms that fit each brand, write the copy, brief designers and review what comes back, and use what’s actually working to shape the next month. You’ll be in client conversations and close enough to the brand to know when a trend is for them and when it isn’t.
