Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable IT Trainer who will be responsible for training candidates on various IT skills, preparing them for real-time projects, and enhancing their employability. The role includes providing guidance on IT project documentation, conducting mock interviews, and supporting candidates throughout their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions on relevant IT technologies and concepts.
- Guide candidates in preparing IT project documentation (SRS, BRD, test cases, etc.).
- Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to improve candidate performance.
- Assist candidates in understanding real-time project workflows and best practices.
- Support resume building and profile enhancement.
- Evaluate candidate progress and provide regular feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to candidates.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT concepts (Software Development, Testing, or relevant domain).
- Experience in creating and reviewing project documentation.
- Good understanding of interview processes and common technical/HR questions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor and motivate candidates.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Prior experience as a trainer or mentor is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
