Role Description
The CS & Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient processes, managing customer service activities, and coordinating shipments. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, managing logistics, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize operations. The ideal candidate will maintain strong communication with both customers and vendors to meet business objectives and deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Experience in Operations and Operations Management
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate and streamline workflows
- Proficiency in coordinating logistics and maintaining compliance with regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management is an advantage
- Familiarity with Mumbai’s shipping and logistics industry is beneficial
