Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Trainer located in Palakkad. The Digital Marketing Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions on various aspects of digital marketing. Day-to-day tasks include creating training materials, conducting workshops, mentoring participants, and staying up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing. The trainer will also help bridge the knowledge gap for participants by providing comprehensive insights into marketing strategies, social media platforms, and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Training, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner.
• Experience with Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and creating impactful strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Sales and customer engagement skills to effectively understand and cater to audience needs.
• Commitment to enhancing learning experiences through interactive and hands-on teaching methods.
• Familiarity with current trends and tools in digital marketing and the ability to integrate them into training sessions.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in training or teaching roles is a plus.
