ERP Associate Full Time

The ERP Assocaite is responsible for helping business users understand ERP features, training them to adopt best‑practice workflows, and tracking user adoption metrics across modules and departments. This role acts as a bridge between business teams, implementation/IT, and management to ensure the ERP is actually used effectively in day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Explain ERP features and workflows
• Understand ERP modules and translate them into simple, business‑friendly language for end users.
• Conduct demos and walkthroughs focused on “how this feature helps your daily work”.
• Plan and deliver user training
• Conduct classroom, floor‑level, and online training sessions for new and existing users.
• Create and maintain training materials: SOPs, quick reference guides, videos, FAQs, and checklists.
• Run role‑based training (for example: sales, purchase, stores, finance, management).
• Drive user adoption and change management
• Communicate benefits of the ERP and new features to reduce resistance to change.
• Identify “champion users” in each department and support them to mentor others.
• Collect user feedback, issues, and enhancement requests and route them to the product / IT team.
• Track and report adoption metrics
• Define and monitor adoption KPIs: log‑ins, usage by module, % processes done in ERP vs outside, data accuracy, and training completion.
• Prepare periodic adoption reports and dashboards for management with key insights and action items.
• Use surveys and feedback forms to measure training effectiveness and user satisfaction.
• Continuous improvement
• Stay updated on new ERP features and releases and plan update trainings accordingly.
• Recommend process improvements based on how users actually use the system.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience with ERP or business application training / coordination (any ERP is fine: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally‑based ERPs, Odoo, etc.).
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain tech in simple language.
• Comfort with data and metrics: basic Excel/Sheets skills to track and report adoption.
• High patience and stakeholder management skills; experience working with non‑technical users.
