Full job description
*Role Overview:
Responsible for client interaction, pitch creation, and end-to-end event servicing, with a strong focus on developing high-quality, creative pitch presentations and converting briefs into impactful event concepts.
*Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and understand briefs in detail.
* Lead the creation of pitch presentations with strong creative concepts, structure, and visual quality*.
* Develop event ideas, themes, and concepts aligned with client objectives.
* Ensure presentations are professional, visually strong, and impactful (content + design clarity).
* Work independently on multiple pitches simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
* Have strong knowledge of corporate events, activations, conferences, and brand experiences to suggest relevant ideas.
* Translate client requirements into clear execution plans for internal teams (creative, production, operations).
* Coordinate with teams to ensure accurate execution as per pitch and client expectations.
* Manage end-to-end event lifecycle from pitch to execution and closure.
* Handle multiple projects (3–4 at a time) without compromising quality or timelines.
* Ensure client satisfaction and smooth communication throughout the project.
*Requirements:
* 1–4 years of *relevant experience in event client servicing / pitch creation*.
* Strong ability to *create high-quality pitch presentations (content + structure + visual sense)*.
* Good understanding of *corporate event formats and execution processes*.
* Ability to *work on multiple pitches and projects independently*.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to work in *fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per year
