About the Role

VR Derma Private Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented TPM Coordinator to oversee daily operations at our contract manufacturing facility in Hyderabad. This junior-level role acts as the bridge between the brand and the manufacturing partner, ensuring that production, quality, and material movement align with our brand expectations and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Sc. in Chemistry / Life Sciences / Pharmacy OR Diploma in Chemical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Production, QA/QC, or TPM roles (preferably in cosmetics, personal care, pharma, or similar regulated sectors)
• Language: Must be fluent in English and Telugu or Hindi
• Location: Must be resident of Hyderabad or willing to relocate locally

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality & Compliance Monitoring

– Ensure quality compliance of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), In-process Goods, and Finished Goods (FG)

– Report all deviations, rejections, and quality incidents to VR Derma

– Coordinate resolution of quality complaints in line with SOPs

2. Production

– Monitor and report daily production status, batch-wise progress, and line clearance updates

– Track production efficiency, yield, and batch losses

– Escalate issues causing delays or downtime

3. Material Coordination (RM & PM)

– Maintain daily records of RM/PM receipts, stock status, and shortages or near-expiry materials

– Liaise with Chennai team for stock reconciliation and supply planning

4. Brand Integrity & Incident Reporting

– Track and report incidents, mix-ups, label mismatches, damages, leaks, or contamination

– Support in recalls or hold procedures, as applicable .

5. Documentation & Reporting

– To ensure that the logs of RM/PM inward register, daily production and QC records, and finished goods yield reports are maintained properly.

– Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to VR Derma management.

– Coordinate during audits, product trials, or inspections

Additional Skills & Attributes

– Strong documentation and communication skills

– Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for daily MIS

– Familiarity with GMP / ISO 22716 / BIS preferred

– Organized, reliable, and brand-sensitive attitude

– Able to represent VR Derma’s interest within the factory

Work Schedule

– 6 days/week, general day shift

– Primarily based on-site at the Hyderabad facility

– Occasional visits to Chennai (brand office) may be required

This is a dedicated brand-side role stationed at a third-party manufacturing location. The TPM Coordinator will represent VR Derma Pvt Ltd inside the unit and must maintain confidentiality, neutrality, and brand alignment at all times.
