Position: Food & Beverage (F&B) Team

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

• Deliver exceptional dining experiences with attention to detail
• Ensure smooth restaurant and service operations
• Take and serve orders efficiently and accurately
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
• Upsell menu items, combos, and special promotions

Role-Specific Expectations:

F&B Manager

• Oversee entire F&B operations (restaurant + service)
• Drive revenue, cost control, and profitability
• Lead, train, and manage team performance
• Ensure SOPs, hygiene, and guest satisfaction

Restaurant Manager

• Manage daily restaurant operations
• Ensure smooth service flow and guest experience
• Handle reservations, peak-hour planning, and guest issues

F&B Executive

• Support operations and floor management
• Assist in inventory, billing, and team coordination
• Ensure service standards are maintained

Captain / Senior Steward

• Supervise service team during shifts
• Ensure timely order taking and service
• Assist in guest handling and table management

Steward / Associate

• Take orders and serve food & beverages
• Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene
• Provide friendly and attentive service

Requirements

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Well-groomed and presentable personality
• Strong customer service attitude
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
• Experience preferred; freshers can apply for junior roles
