About the Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious, energetic, and career-focused Founder’s Office Intern – Travel Operations & Social Media to work directly with the Founder and support day-to-day business activities.
This role is designed for students, fresh graduates, and early-career professionals who want practical exposure to startup operations, travel management, customer experience, digital marketing, social media, business development, and strategic execution.
Unlike traditional internships where responsibilities are limited to one department, this opportunity provides broad exposure across multiple functions of a growing travel company.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Founder and contribute to operational execution, customer communication, social media management, research, reporting, business coordination, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Travel Operations
• Assist with flight booking coordination
• Support hotel booking and holiday package planning
• Maintain booking records and travel documentation
• Assist with quotation preparation and customer proposals
• Coordinate with customers and travel partners
• Help manage travel-related administrative activities
• Support itinerary preparation and trip planning
• Assist with operational tracking and reporting
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
• Support day-to-day travel operations
Customer Support & Communication
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Assist customers with booking-related questions
• Maintain communication records
• Follow up on customer requests and requirements
• Support issue resolution and customer assistance processes
• Coordinate customer feedback collection
• Ensure professional and timely communication
• Help improve customer experience initiatives
Founder’s Office Support
• Assist the Founder with operational and strategic projects
• Prepare reports, trackers, and presentations
• Conduct business research and information gathering
• Support process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate internal tasks and follow-ups
• Maintain organized documentation and records
• Assist with business development activities
• Support partnership and vendor coordination
• Participate in planning and brainstorming discussions
• Contribute ideas and recommendations for company growth
Social Media & Digital Marketing
• Assist in managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
• Create basic content and promotional materials
• Draft captions and social media posts
• Support content planning and content calendars
• Monitor audience engagement and interactions
• Research social media trends and best practices
• Assist in campaign execution and performance tracking
• Support brand-building initiatives
• Help improve online visibility and audience engagement
• Participate in digital marketing activities
Research & Analysis
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Monitor travel industry developments
• Research destinations, products, and services
• Support pricing and market benchmarking activities
• Analyze customer feedback and engagement trends
• Gather information for business decision-making
• Prepare summaries and research reports
• Assist with opportunity identification and evaluation

Compensation & Benefits

Indicative Compensation Range:
