Job Summary
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners
- Ensure a welcoming, organized, and professional front-office experience
- Support smooth day-to-day front desk and administrative operations
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, including designers, architects, vendors, and customers
- Manage front desk operations such as calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
- Maintain visitor logs and coordinate guest access
- Provide information about products, services, and processes
- Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and events
- Handle incoming mail, courier packages, and material samples
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Work Location & Timings:
- Locations: Whitefield, JP Nagar, Yelahanka
- Timings: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
