Overview We are looking for a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer with 2+ years of experience who is excited about working in a D2C startup environment. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Adobe tools and AI-powered design platforms, along with an eye for brand storytelling and performance-driven creatives.
Core Responsibilities
1 Design high-impact creatives for digital marketing, social media, website, app, emailers, and brand campaigns Create performance marketing creatives for Meta, Google, and other paid platforms Leverage AI tools to ideate, generate, and optimize design assets faster and smarter Translate brand guidelines into visually compelling outputs across all touchpoints Collaborate closely with marketing, content, growth, and product teams Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline assets Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced D2C startup Work on product launches, campaigns, and seasonal drops Required Experience
You must have: 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (D2C brand, startup, or agency experience preferred)
Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
Hands-on experience with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, etc.)
Proven experience in creating creatives for social media, digital ads, and e-commerce Strong understanding of branding, typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
Ability to work at speed without compromising quality Strong communication and collaboration skills Portfolio is mandatory
Strong preference for:
Experience in D2C / e-commerce / lifestyle or healthcare brands Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Basic understanding of UI/UX and web design tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
Familiarity with A/B testing creatives and performance metrics
