**Position: Warden for Residential Students**

**Location:** GUDUR

**Responsibilities:**

– Supervise and manage the well-being of 150 residential students.

– Ensure a safe and conducive living environment.

– Enforce rules and regulations within the residential facility.

– Address student concerns and provide support as needed.

– Coordinate with relevant staff and departments to maintain smooth operations.

**Requirements:**

– Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

– Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

– Ability to handle conflicts and emergencies effectively.

– Adept at building rapport with students and fostering a positive community.

– Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when necessary.
