• Screening resumes based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Conducting initial HR screening and evaluating communication and interpersonal skills.
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with technical panels and department heads.
• Following up with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and joining formalities.
• Handling the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintaining candidate databases, employee records, and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinating onboarding activities and document verification for new joiners.
• Supporting HR operations and administration-related activities.
• Coordinating with employees regarding attendance, leave, and HR-related queries.
• Assisting in employee engagement and internal communication activities.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly HR and recruitment reports.
