The Role

We’re hiring an HR & Marketing Associate who can wear two hats comfortably. You’ll support our people operations while also contributing to our marketing efforts — making this a unique dual-role opportunity for someone who loves both people and content.

What You’ll Do

Human Resources

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment — job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
• Support HR policies, culture initiatives, and employee engagement activities
• Coordinate with team leads for performance review cycles and appraisals
• Handle day-to-day HR queries and ensure a smooth employee experience

Marketing

• Assist in planning and executing social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and client communication
• Help with content creation, copywriting, and coordination with the design team
• Track and report basic marketing metrics and campaign performance
• Research industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, marketing, or a similar dual/generalist role
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, LinkedIn, or any HRMS
• Proactive attitude, ability to multitask, and willingness to learn
• Prior experience in a digital agency or startup is a plus
