Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with 1+ years of recruitment experience in the travel industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring and should be comfortable handling end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
• Understand hiring requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of recruitment experience in the travel industry.
• Experience in hiring for both IT and Non-IT domains is mandatory.
• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment portals.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with bulk hiring and niche hiring.
• Familiarity with ATS and HRMS tools.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
