Marketing Automation Intern Full Time NEW

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Automation Intern to join the team at Weaddo. This internship offers hands-on exposure to Zoho CRM, marketing automation workflows, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of CRM tools, email marketing, and digital marketing concepts, along with a willingness to learn and grow in the marketing automation domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Technology & Implementation:
• Assist in managing and updating Zoho CRM and related tools such as Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Marketing Automation.
• Support the creation and maintenance of workflows, automation rules, and lead management processes.
• Help integrate forms, websites, and third-party tools with Zoho CRM.
• Ensure proper data management and CRM hygiene.
• Provide basic support for campaign setup and automation tasks.
• Strategy & Execution:
• Assist in executing email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
• Support multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and web platforms.
• Help create audience segmentation and campaign lists.
• Participate in campaign testing and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution activities.
• Analysis & Reporting:
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions.
• Help prepare campaign reports and dashboards.
• Assist in identifying improvement opportunities for ongoing campaigns.
• Support A/B testing activities and documentation.
• Collaboration & Learning:
• Work closely with marketing, design, and account management teams.
• Learn CRM and automation best practices within the Zoho ecosystem.
• Document workflows and maintain campaign records.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing automation trends and tools.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of CRM and digital marketing concepts
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar CRM tools is a plus
• Interest in email marketing and automation workflows
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools
