If you are a fresh graduate eager to gain real-world experience in a fast-moving service consultancy? Xellr is looking for a motivated Admin & HR Intern to join our Dubai team.
What You’ll Do
- Support end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HR systems accurately
- Managing company linkedin page and support in promotion and marketing.
- Help administer leave, attendance tracking, and basic payroll inputs
- Handle day-to-day office administration including vendor coordination, supplies, and facilities
- Support visa and work permit processing in line with UAE labor regulations
- Assist in drafting HR documents: offer letters, contracts, policies, and memos
- Be a go-to point of contact for employee queries and help foster a positive team culture
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, admin, or a related people-facing role
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Discreet, reliable, and comfortable handling confidential information
- A proactive, can-do attitude — you don’t wait to be told twice
