We are looking for an HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in maintaining accurate HR data, managing recruitment trackers and ATS records, and assisting in employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update HR databases with high accuracy and consistency.
Ensure recruitment data is accurately captured in ATS and internal trackers.
Support HR reporting by preparing structured and error-free data.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination, including screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Support onboarding coordination for new joiners.
Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
Support event logistics, communication, and coordination.
Collect feedback and maintain participation records.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Basic understanding of recruitment processes .
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks
