Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Pune Division for a Junior HR Executive (Fresher). The Junior HR Executive will be responsible for executing various HR operations, managing employee relations, drafting and implementing HR policies, and supporting the overall functions of the Human Resources department. The role also involves coordinating recruitment processes and assisting in employee onboarding and administrative HR tasks.
