Junior Creative Designer & Marketing Coordinator Full Time

About the role 

We’re looking for someone who thinks visually, communicates clearly, and can own creative output from concept to delivery. This isn’t just a social media role — you’ll be producing polished emailers, product catalogues, brochures, and campaign materials that represent Opaline to a premium North American market. A strong UI/UX sensibility is essential: you understand layout, hierarchy, and how design guides the eye. 

What you’ll work on 

• Emailers and digital campaigns — design and build email templates that look great across clients and drive action 
• Brochures and product catalogues — create print-ready and digital marketing collateral for our surfaces line 
• Social and short-form video — produce scroll-stopping content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and marketing campaigns 
• Brand consistency — maintain and evolve our visual identity across all touchpoints, digital and print 
• Digital asset management — organise and maintain a library of creative assets, product imagery, and templates 
• Marketing analytics — track reach, engagement, and conversions; understand what the numbers mean and act on them
• Website Updates – Need to update new collection, blogs, new products on the website, as and when needed 

What we’re looking for 

• 1–3 years of experience in a creative, design, or marketing role 
• Strong UI/UX sensibility — you understand visual hierarchy, layout grids, and design systems 
• Canva and CorelDRAW proficiency required; Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) a strong plus 
• Video editing — comfortable with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools 
• Email design experience — familiarity with designing for Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms 
• Eye for premium aesthetics — you appreciate the look and feel of luxury materials brands 
• Clear communicator — strong written English; you can write copy that complements your designs 
• Self-directed — comfortable managing your own workload in a fully remote setup 
• Prior experience in surfaces, building materials, or manufacturing is a bonus, not a requirement
