Night Shift (US Timings)
We are looking for junior recruiters (4–6 months experience) who are eager to build their career in US IT/Healthcare recruitment. This is a completely onsite role based in Magarpatta.
Requirements
- 4–6 months of experience in recruitment (US staffing preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of sourcing (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.)
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Must stay near Magarpatta
- Must have own vehicle for commute
Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job portals & LinkedIn
- Screen and shortlist profiles
- Coordinate interviews with candidates
- Follow up with candidates & maintain pipeline
- Work closely with Account Managers
