Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Scrum Master located in Hyderabad. The Junior Scrum Master will facilitate daily Scrum meetings, assist with sprint planning, and ensure the Agile framework is properly followed to drive project success. Responsibilities include collaborating with the team to write and refine user stories, fostering strong communication across teams, and addressing impediments to ensure timely deliverables. The Junior Scrum Master will work closely with software development teams to streamline collaboration and support project goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sprint Planning and facilitation of Agile ceremonies
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve project challenges effectively
• Excellent Communication skills for fostering collaboration and stakeholder alignment
• Experience with creating and refining User Stories
• Familiarity with the Software Development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Relevant certifications in Agile or Scrum are a plus
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or related fields
