Management Information System Executive Full Time

OVERVIEW:- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive who can manage reporting, data analysis, automation, and business intelligence operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Power BI, Data Analytics, Dashboard Creation, Google Sheets Automation, and Data Visualization to support data-driven business decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Create, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards

· Design interactive and customized dashboards using Power BI and Google Sheets

· Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities

· Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation for accurate reporting

· Automate reporting processes using Google Sheets formulas, scripts, and integrations

· Develop data visualization reports and management presentations

· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for business tracking

· Monitor KPIs and prepare performance analysis dashboards

· Coordinate with different departments to understand reporting requirements

· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports

· Improve reporting systems and automate repetitive tasks for operational efficiency

· Support management with actionable insights through data analysis

REQUIRED SKILLS

· Strong knowledge of Power BI

· Hands-on experience in creating interactive dashboards

· Expertise in Data Analytics & Data Analysis

· Strong knowledge of Data Visualization techniques

· Experience in Google Sheets Automation and advanced formulas

· Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, Charts, Macros)

· Ability to create customized MIS reports and business dashboards

· Basic knowledge of SQL preferred

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Excellent attention to detail and reporting accuracy

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Commerce, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field

· Certification in Power BI, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence is an added advantage
