Role Description

This is a student/fresher oriented internship position for a Management Intern. The role entails assisting with project coordination, client communications, market research, and operational support to ensure the seamless execution of projects. The intern will also assist in creating reports and optimizing workflows. The position is a hybrid role based in Lucknow, with flexibility for partial remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in research, data analysis, and presentation creation
• Basic knowledge of marketing, operations, and project management
• Familiarity with digital tools such as MS Office and project management software
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Prior experience or interest in the digital content industry is a plus
