Position: Marketing Support Specialist
Please Note: We are hiring candidates with 2–4 years of relevant experience who can join at the earliest.
This is a 6-month contract role, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Marketing Support Specialist to strengthen our Bakeries & Food Service marketing function. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination between data, marketing, and operational workflows.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with large datasets, and capable of supporting multiple ongoing initiatives simultaneously. They should be able to manage data-driven tasks, assist in marketing execution, and ensure operational efficiency across processes.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities – Support Bakeries & Food Service Marketing Function
• Manage large datasets in Excel and develop/maintain multiple analytical dashboards
• Support creation and updates of marketing content (features, benefits, competitive advantages, product manuals, applications, troubleshooting guides)
• Ensure timely website updates in line with regulatory requirements
• Create item/SKU codes and maintain item master data for Bakeries & Food Service in the ERP system
• Coordinate and follow up on procurement of competitor product samples for projects
• Handle end-to-end PO process including creation, GRN, invoice follow-ups, and closure in ERP
• Maintain a centralized digital repository for all marketing assets
• Track provisions and invoices, ensuring timely payment processing
• Monitor routine operations, including marketing spends
• Assist in execution of trade and training events, including vendor coordination
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing team
Required Skills & Competencies
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (handling large and complex datasets, dashboards, and reporting)
• Knowledge of Power Query and Power BI is an added advantage
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–4 years of experience in sales support, marketing support, or a similar administrative role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to manage large/complex datasets and convert them into meaningful reports and dashboards is mandatory); knowledge of Power Query and Power BI is an added advantage
• Excellent multitasking ability
• Capable of working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Skilled in preparing reports, presentations, and sales materials
• Ability to support execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with flexibility
• Fluent in written and spoken English
