Marketplace and Quick Commerce Manager
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Marketplace & Quick Commerce Operations Manager to own and build our presence across online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms, from the ground up.
You have 2–5 years in marketplace and/or quick commerce operations. You know Amazon Seller Central, understand inventory management and order lifecycle, and are comfortable with quick commerce metrics like fill rate and SLA adherence. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and high on ownership. You get things done.
Startup experience or a background in health and wellness is a plus.
You are open to working full time from our office, in Goa.
What You’ll Own
We are currently a D2C-first brand, and this role is about expanding that. You will be the person who sets us up on ecommerce and quick commerce, builds the operational systems, and then runs them. This is a core execution role, coordinating supply chain, inventory, and platform operations, working closely with the founders as we scale into new channels.
