Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper inward and outward movement of materials.
• Ensure accurate stock keeping and inventory management.
• Prepare and maintain daily stock reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and Purchase departments for material requirements.
• Monitor material availability to avoid shortages and production delays.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of materials in the store.
• Ensure proper handling of GRN, challans, invoices, and other store-related documents.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and inventory procedures.
• Update inventory records in system/software on a regular basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate preferred.
• Experience in Store/Inventory Management in manufacturing or production industry preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle store operations efficiently.
• Knowledge of stock audit and material handling will be an added advantage.

Experience Required:

1–3 Years preferred in Store Operations / Inventory Management.

Salary:

Negotiable as per experience and interview performance.

Reporting To:

Store Manager / Operations Head.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
