Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing National Sales & Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth across HoReCa, institutional, and corporate B2B channels. The role will be responsible for managing key accounts, acquiring new business, expanding customer relationships, and delivering sales and profitability targets.

Role Name: National Sales & KAM- B2B

Reporting to: Channel Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue, volume, and profitability targets for the B2B business across HoReCa, corporate, and institutional channels.
• Identify and onboard new business opportunities including hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, QSRs, cloud kitchens, corporate cafeterias, educational institutions, and hospitals.
• Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across customer accounts.
• Develop account growth plans, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive business expansion within existing accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify growth opportunities and ensure high service levels.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Manage sales forecasting, demand planning, collections, and account profitability for the assigned portfolio.
• Drive customer retention while continuously expanding the B2B customer base and channel presence.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 10–14 years of experience in B2B sales, Key Account Management, HoReCa, Food Service, or FMCG.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven track record of driving growth through key account acquisition and management.
