• Itinerary & Documentation: Preparing detailed travel itineraries and ensuring all tickets, vouchers, and insurance documents are accurately issued and organized.
• Visa & Passport Coordination: Handling the collection of client documents and coordinating with embassies or visa processing centers to ensure timely approvals.
• Vendor Liaison: Maintaining professional communication with airlines, hotels, and local tour operators to confirm bookings and negotiate rates.
• Inquiry Management: Screening incoming calls and emails, providing basic information on travel packages, and directing complex queries to the relevant travel consultant.
• Calendar Management: Scheduling client consultations, internal team meetings, and tracking important deadlines such as final payment dates or visa expiry.
• File & Record Maintenance: Managing a digital and physical database of client profiles, past travel history, and preferred vendor contracts.
• Financial Administration: Handling basic invoicing, tracking payments from clients, and maintaining records of commissions and refunds.
• Customer Greeting: Welcoming walk-in clients to the office and maintaining a professional front-desk environment.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring all bookings and documents adhere to airline regulations, local tourism laws, and company policies.
• Promotional Support: Assisting in the distribution of travel brochures, newsletters, and updating social media or website listings for new holiday packages.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
