We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who is passionate about paid acquisition, data-driven growth, and generating high-quality leads through digital advertising channels.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in Google Ads and Performance Marketing are encouraged to apply.
• Relevant certifications such as Google Ads Search Certification, Google Analytics Certification, or Meta Blueprint Certification will be an added advantage.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Remarketing.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for B2B software and technology services.
• Create and test ad copies, headlines, and campaign structures to improve performance.
• Monitor campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Ads.
• Work closely with the sales team to track lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Support Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and remarketing.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve landing page conversions and user journeys.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and growth marketing best practices.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Advertising.
• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
• Understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Familiarity with keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data interpretation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.

Good to Have

• Experience generating B2B leads for technology, SaaS, software development, or IT services companies.
• Knowledge of landing page optimization and A/B testing.
• Google Ads Certifications.
• Experience with CRM platforms and lead attribution tracking.
