We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
Salary: CTC up to ₹3,60,000 – ₹5,40,000 per year (based on experience)

Eligibility:
- Candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing/digital marketing
- Strong experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns)
- Experience in lead generation campaigns and conversion-focused marketing
- Knowledge of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and budget management
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and analytics tools preferred
- Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills
- Experience in interiors, architecture, real estate, or luxury brands will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation
- Managing Facebook & Instagram advertising budgets and campaign performance
- Generating quality leads for interior design and architecture projects
- Monitoring campaign performance, CPL, ROAS, and conversions
- Coordinating with the sales and design team for campaign requirements
- Creating audience targeting strategies and retargeting campaigns
- Preparing weekly/monthly performance reports and insights
- Optimizing ad creatives, copies, and landing performance for better results
- Staying updated with latest digital marketing and Meta Ads trends
