Job Overview

Join our Enterprise Applications team and play a key role in transforming global Supply Chain and Procurement operations through SAP S/4HANA. As an SAP MM Principal Business Integration Analyst, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Materials Management solutions that support critical business processes across procurement, inventory management, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.

In this highly collaborative role, you will partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global process owners to deliver innovative solutions that drive operational excellence, improve user experience, and enable business growth.

Position: Principal Business Integration Analyst(SAP MM)

What You Will Do

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Support end-to-end project delivery including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
• Drive the successful delivery of large, medium, and small-scale SAP projects and enhancements.
• Support procurement processes including Consignment, Subcontracting, Third-Party Procurement, Service Procurement, Scheduling Agreements, and Contracts.
• Configure and support Stock Transfer processes, Vendor Evaluation, Quota Management, Pricing Procedures, Release Strategies, and MRP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting PP, SD, FI/CO, Inventory Management, EWM, and Ariba integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide sustainable solutions.
• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on SAP best practices and business process improvements.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience supporting SAP MM in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Materials Management.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Consignment Procurement
• Subcontracting
• Third-Party Procurement
• Service Procurement
• Scheduling Agreements and Contracts
• Stock Transfer Processes (Intercompany & Intracompany)
• Pricing Procedures and Release Strategies
• Vendor Evaluation and Quota Management
• Automatic Account Determination
• Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Strong understanding of MM integration with PP, SD, and FI/CO modules.
• Experience gathering requirements, process mapping, solution design, and documentation.
• Proven ability to solve complex business and technical challenges.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience participating in at least two full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• SAP S/4HANA Materials Management certification.
• Experience with SAP Ariba integration and procurement solutions.
• Experience leading or supporting full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and Embedded Analytics.
• Experience integrating MM with PP, SD, IM/EWM, PM, and FI/CO modules.
• Prior experience working within large global manufacturing or aerospace organizations.
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for driving business value through technology.
