MSI Services Pvt. Ltd. is currently hiring suitable candidates for the role – “Associate – Product International Team” within our business operations in Bangalore, India. There are several openings in the Sales, Purchase, Imports and Accounting Departments.

Summary: The Product Team initiates operations with comprehensive inventory planning and forecasting, progressing seamlessly into transactional processes such as generating purchase orders and managing the creation of receipts for goods. This dynamic team is also responsible for handling the introduction of new SKUs and producing a variety of analytical reports related to inventory management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Updating and maintenance of Audit / Testing tracker in collaboration with stakeholder
2. Communicate with suppliers on updates on audit, testing and packaging compliance
3. Communicate with MSI’s US team for responsible sourcing on day today updates regarding audit, testing and packaging compliance in collaboration with stakeholder
4. Updating the MSI portal with latest big box test reports
5. Develop processes with the stakeholder to stream line the audit and testing process
6. Knowledge in using MSI reports like open PO reports, PO history, inventory on hand, Shipments/Sales analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Good verbal and written communication skills
2. Proficiency in excel and PowerPoint presentation
3. Good Interpersonal skills
4. At least 2-3 years on experience in MSI team (especially PO processing)
5. Willingness to deep dive into various processes and gain knowledge
6. Highly Organized and detail oriented
