Product Manager – E-Commerce & Digital Transformation Full Time

We are looking for a dynamic and business-driven Product Manager to lead the company’s E-Commerce and Digital Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening the company’s digital presence, driving online business growth, improving customer engagement, and implementing technology-led business solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for developing digital business strategies, enhancing online sales channels, managing digital platforms, and driving transformation projects aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s digital transformation and e-commerce growth strategy.
• Drive expansion of the company’s digital presence across websites, marketplaces, customer portals, and online platforms.
• Manage end-to-end digital product lifecycle including planning, execution, implementation, and optimization.
• Identify opportunities to improve online customer experience, digital engagement, and business conversion.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations, and external partners to implement digital initiatives.
• Lead development and enhancement of e-commerce platforms, B2B/B2C portals, mobile applications, and digital tools.
• Drive automation, process digitization, and technology adoption across business functions.
• Monitor website traffic, online sales performance, digital KPIs, and customer analytics.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams for SEO, performance marketing, lead generation, and online branding initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and digital trend analysis.
• Manage integrations with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, logistics platforms, and analytics tools.
• Ensure successful implementation of digital projects within timelines and budgets.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, business insights, and management presentations.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in E-Commerce, Digital Business, or Digital Transformation roles.
• Good understanding of online business models, digital customer journeys, and e-commerce ecosystems.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, digital platforms, analytics tools, and automation solutions.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of website management, digital marketing, SEO, and online sales strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Ability to align business goals with technology-driven solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA / PGDM preferred.
• 15–20 years of experience in Product Management, E-Commerce, Digital Transformation, or Online Business Development.
• Candidates from product-based, manufacturing, consumer, retail, or industrial organizations preferred.
